I was fortunate enough to stop by LA to visit good friends before my chiropractic seminar in Las Vegas. Yuki let me stay with her which was such a wonderful treat since she has such a cozy home. You’ll notice many canine pictures as well as the token feline. The furbies were hamming it up for the camera & hey, I am a sucker for animals. Yuki’s kids are Faux Pas, Sammy and Coco. Faux Pas and Coco would cuddle up with me at night…they made a good temporary replacement for Elan. ;)
The boxer is Stevie’s new pup named Bruno. I had taken a lot of pictures of him and these are some of my favorite. Stevie moved into a sweet pad in downtown LA. The 360 rooftop view is incredible beyond belief. These pictures do not do it justice.
I was able to see Irene & Rosita—my dog park buddies! It was very nostalgic to go to the dog park that we use to bring barkley when he was just a puppy. And Maggie, Barkley’s best friend is such a loveable pup…I am pretty sure I still have slobber on my jeans from all her kisses.
Doug, Danny and I grabbed dinner at my all time favorite Indian restaurant Akbar. I’m still trying to figure out the recipe to that coco lamb dish. It’s to die for! And I finally tried Pinkberry, I’m still undecided about the verdict.
Instead of driving to Long Beach, Sierra’s family drove to Pasadena so I could finally meet the little pumpkin. She is absolutely adorable and Bryan & Jody make wonderful parents. G (my korean sister) also drove up from Fullerton and Mikey brought 4 different pints of Choctal—the best ice cream made with the finest ingredients. I just bought Ghana chocolate and Madagascar Vanilla from Mana’s last night…it’s THAT delicious.
On that note, after I post the pictures I am going to raid the freezer for a creamy bite of ice cream.
Brilliant shots, sweetheart! You keep getting better and better…
Looks like you had a great time! The pictures are Lovely.
It’s always great to catch up with friends when you travel! I don’t think Pinkberry is ALL that! I have had better frozen yogurt! :)
